Hi,
I understand your query.
Average weight gain in pregnancy is 11 kgs. Your wife was 45 Kgs to start with, She should be 56 kgs by 9 months- at present she must be 53 Kgs- & has one more month to go. Please donot worry she will make about 2 Kgs in remaining time for that-
* - She should eat more caloric & nutritious diet these days.
- to get good appetite & digestion she has to eat small multiple servings in a day. She should do walking exercise - which will help digestion.
- Arg 9 is an amino acid preparation, & is used to enhance baby weight / to normalize amniotic fluid
* Abdominal size depends on laxity of abdominal wall- so in 1st pregnancy baby growth may be normal, even if abdomen is not much distended.
