Is Low BP With Cold Hands And Feet A Matter Of Concern?

Hello. I just had a procedure done yesterday and when the nurse took my blood pressure, it read 97/50. My husband is concerned that it might be too low. I do exercise regularly (run and weight training about 4-5 times a week), but my hands and feet are always freezing cold. Should I be concerned?

Hi,
This bp is absolutely normal. Symptoms of low bp are giddiness, feeling low or dizziness. Cold hand has to be evaluated clinically to see any abnormalities which includes low blood supply to hands. So get it evaluated from your physician. Rest everything is fine. Don't worry.
Thanks
