Is Loss Of Appetite, Diarrhea With Fatigue Normal While Having Gastroparesis?

I have been currently diagnosed with acute gastroparesis. I also had my gall bladder out a little over 1.5 years ago. I am now suffering from loss of appetite, frequent diarrhea, mid stomach pain and fatigue. I am also gluten intolerant. I am very active and have tried multiple test and medicines and nothing so far has helped. I have also not lost any weight through out this all but yet maintained my weight.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Cholecystectomy 1.5 years back can cause the problems of indigestion, intolerance to fatty and such foods causing secondary effects. You already have gluten intolerance. Gastroparesis may not be there as you have diarrhea. Gastroparesis means there is slowing of the movement of the food through stomach and intestines hence diarrhea has to have a reason which in turn can cause fatigue, loss of appetite, mid stomach pain and so on.
Since you have not mentioned about the details of the investigations that were done and were normal it is difficult to talk about these.
Yet I would advise you the following in such a situation and get the investigations done if not already done by your Doctor.
Enteroclysys under fluoroscopy imaging for real-time passage of barium, its speed of emptying and to see if there is any other pathology.
Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy for the loose stools that you have.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen.
Tests of stool, urine and blood particularly for CBC, liver and kidney function, thyroid functions and as may be advised by your Doctor on clinical evaluation, examination and clinical diagnosis.
Management will be as per the final diagnosis done.
