Is Liver Palpitations Normal Post Gall Bladder Removal?

Hi, I had my gall bladder removed 8 days ago and my recovery has gone well so far but today my liver feels enlarged, it is not causing me pain and is only a little tender on palpitation, do you think is just part of the swelling from my surgery or should I get it checked out?
