Is Liver Hole Dangerous?

my father was admitted in the hospital for liver abcess was given medicine for 2 months and then his liver abcess is cured but the doctor told to my father that there is the hole in the liver caused due to the abcess which will be there for lifetime filled with some liquid. Is the hole DANGEROUS

This hole is normal reaction and healing process due to abscess drainage so you should not worry about this and this is not dangerous for your health at all. Only if symptoms of abscess,occur again,you should see doctor.
