Is Liposuction Safe For Weight Reduction?

I am 85 kgs and i was 116 kgs once. I reduced so much by help of VLCC and a good diet. how ever i failed to reduce my weight below 80 kgs and now I am at 85.
I have lot of stubborn fat which doesnt go off. I feel awefull about the body and enlarged breasts. is liposuction a safe thing to opt.
Also I feel this effects my sex life i.e. being over weight. I am unable to reduce.
Also What is the cost involved in this treatment.
I am male, 27 years old.
Also suggest a good clininc for this in Delhi/Gurgaon

Liposuction is usually very effective in removing fat deposits from some areas but people who expect liposuction to loose their weight are generally disappointed.
Cost is different at different places but you should go the places like plastic surgery departments of the hospitals.You can go to MEDANTA in GURGAON.
