All the process should be followed by a gynecologist. First you have to confirm the pregnancy with an ultrasound scan, is important to reveal the gestational age and to exclude ectopic pregnancy. It is not recommended to use this pills if you did no consult a doctor, because many complications may ocur ,like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramp, excessive vaginal bleeding, fainting etc. You can t control them by yourself at home. Severe abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding will start soon after taking Misoprostol pill. Abortion process will completely resolve within 7 days.In few patients there can be an incomplete abortion. You have to go for follow up examination to confirm that abortion process is completed. Pelvic ultrasound scan is required to check retained bits if any.
