Is Laproscopic Myomectomy Right Treatment For Intramural Fibroid In Fundus Region?

I am 31 years old & have been diagnosed with a intramural fibroid in the fundus region bulging submucosally in the uterine lining. Size = 2.7x2.4x2.2 cm. I have very heavy periods lasting for 10-12 days and are very painful too, resulting in reduction of hemoglobin to 8.5gm/dl. I consulted two doctors for their opinions. One is suggesting a laparoscopic myomectomy and the other suggests 3 rounds of Zoladex injections. I have a 5 year old boy and wish to plan for another kid in about an years time. Please suggest how can i alleviate my bleeding & pain symptoms during periods and what procedure should i undergo, as i plan to conceive again. Or should i even go under any procedures?

fibroids can cause syptoms such as painful mensturation or heavy bleeds irregulare bleeds etc....now you just have a single fibroid which is not eventhat big ....but sinve it is symptomatic so thats why you haveto treat it plus you just have a single kid you also have to be care ful always go with the les invasive technoques first my advise wil be if you take medical treatment rather than surgical treatment that wil be a bettr option amd even if that doesnt help stil you can go for surgery
