Ok I have been on depression meds and going to the doctor regularly I havent been back at the doctor r not even taken my meds becase someone stole my medicade card I am in deep crises I havent been feeling well at all my heart fells like its going very fast sometime I have bad headachs I so angry now wats going on with me

I think, you have anxiety attack and in that case, you should try some low dose benzodiazepine on sos basis. You may be tense due to medicade card and that would be the reason behind anxiety attack. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would keep you relax. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
