General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Labirynthitis is an inner ear condition that cause dizziness mostly when you move your head.It is not related to blood pressure.
High blood pressure also can cause dizziness, headaches and if you have both labirynthitis and high blood pressure the dizziness is much worse.
It is possible that because the stress of this annoying dizziness, your blood pressure is high but these two conditions are not directly related to each other.

Continue the medication and try to do smooth movements.Avoid moving suddenly , stand up slowly.
If your blood pressure stay high longer than 1-2 week, you should consult your treating doctor, otherwise don't need to worry.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
