It is very unlikely that keppra is responsible for your increased blood cholesterol level. Keppra is given to prevent the occurrance of fits. The fits may occur as a complication of your brain bleed and it has to be continued for 2 to 3 years and to be gradually stopped. Control of cholesterol involves diet control, exercise and drugs. Hence i suggest that you should have a brisk walk for about 40 minutes a day for at least 5 days of a week. Further you should avoid diets containing saturated fats and you should take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. If cholesterol is not under good control you may have to increase the dose of pravastatin after checking liver function test.
