Is It To Be Concerned About The Bulging In The Veins Of The Forehead?
I developed slight bulging of veins in my left forehead area a couple of hours ago, as well as my left eye feels a little strange. I didn't have any vision problems or any other symptoms I was aware of. I was helping my son move today. It was quite a hot day and I was somewhat dehydrated as well as getting a little too much sun.Have a slight headache right now. I am 57 yrs old and have had no health problems. I am 5' 10" and weigh 180 lbs. The omly med I am on is Losec 20 mg.

*It`s heat induced hypercirculation of any tributary of the forehead giving
rise to bulging in the vein with slight head ache.
*Don`t worry its of not that serious unless you are concious for :
- maintain your hydration with plenty of liquids, lemon juice, coconut water,
green tea , coffee, juices, butter milk.
- keep your BP , Blood sugar under control .
- avoid direct exposure to excess sun for 1-2 days .
- have adequate sleep of 8 hours.
- avoid smoking / tobacco / abuse substances if using any.
- can take simple analgesic like acetaminophen for headache.
