Is It To Be Concerned About Child Licking Toys With Bleach And Water?

I bleached my sons toys awhile ago and today i discovered that theres some toys with bleach and water mixed. He was lickin his toy where the bleachmixed with water was coming out. It wasnt at all much! I took it away and now its in the garbage! He seems fine. What do i do???
