Is It To Be Concerned About Bulky Uterus When Trying To Get Pregnant?
hello Doctor, i had a ultrasound scan couple of days ago and the results had the below.
Mildly bulky uterus with hyperplastic endometrium - Endometrium thickness is 1.6 cm.
Polycystic Ovarian Disease wuth Exophytic cyst (2.1 cm x 2.1 cm) in left ovary.
I have been having irregular periods for sometime (40-45 days each cycle) and i got my last period on July 1st.
These test results seem to be really haunting. I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 months, but in vain.
Please provide some clarity on this condition

Good morning,
I read your history n investigation reports...
In which you mentioned you had pcos...
N your last menstuation is on july 1 st...
Pcos generally causes infertility n some hormonal plus electrolyte balance...
N may be due to this you failed to concieve...
Here you need treatment of infertility due to pcos...
For that first still some investigation are there for your hormones n electrolytes...n treated according to that n also treatment given for regular menstruation...after that you ll have chance for pregnancy...
May be in treatment you ll have pass through minor surgery on overies for cyst...
So please consult your OBG-GYN physcian n take action according to him...
