Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hemangioma can be a normal finding in a asymptomatic person and diagnosed only when some body get MRI or X ray. So It is not a problem, only of by any chance there is fracture then hemangioma can cause severe bleeding and difficulty in management. if you are also having osteoporosis then It makes thing worse as you are prone to fracture. Hemangioma can not be treated but for osteoporosis calcium and vitamin D is the right treatment.
