Welcome to healthcaremagic diabetes community forum..
Why was the anti-diabetic drugs discontinued!?!?! Burning sensation in the feet and palms may be due to diabetes induced peripheral neuropathy. But burning sensation over most part of the body is more likely due to somatic causes secondary to increased stress, depression and other psychological causes. Since your don't seem to have kidney, heart or eye symptoms, there are no reasons to state that you are in final stage of diabetes.. Continue with diet and exercises. Restart anti-diabetic medications and be regular with them. Take a break from your work. If possible, go on with the tour. Good sleep, improved nutrition, proper stress control with the diabetic management is my tip and suggestion to your problems..
