Is It Stress Or Depression Or Am I Just Insane ?

I think some thing is wrong with me. For the past two nights i have been in a half awake half asleep state, im shaking, i get migraines (though the migranes have been happing for over a year). What do i do?

With the limited information you have provided, I understand that you have migraine.
Sleep deprivation (due to stress or due to alcohol use) can lead to worsening of migraine.
Avoid alcohol and other drugs.
Reduce stress levels (one cannot avoid it completely).
Seek help from a neurologist.

Stress at home or workplace can lead to such situations. Depression usually lasts 2 weeks or more.

Hi.. Depression is a chronic problem and do not occur over night in a few days.. So if your symptoms have been only recently, then it may not be depression.. Yes deprived sleep can precipitate migraine attacks.. So find the reason for your sleeplessness and get over it.. You may take professional help from a clinician if you are not able to solve it yourself...
