Is It Safe To Use Two Eyedrops Having Vasoconstriction Mechanisms Together?

Is it ok to use to eyedrops that have vasoconstriction mechanisms at the same time. I have used one already about an hour ago and the redness is still there, suggesting that the vasoconstrictor effect did not work. Is it ok to add another eyedrop for redness based on the presentation of having a red eye after using one type of eyedrop

no it s not safe. it may effect raising the BP.you should take second opinion regarding treating red eye. it can be simple allergy. can apply cromal eye drop with tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily. it is safe to use this eye drop after vasoconstricter drop.
