Is It Safe To Use Jergens Skin Smoothening Cream?

Hi,
I am Sachin from Bangalore. I have a dry skin condition(ichythiosis), I've been applying jergens skin smoothening cream for some time now. It is quite good, but I've read on Internet about toxic content in it.
Is there any other alternative cream which would help me deal with dry skin or other treatment.

I can understand your problem for the dry skin underlying cause has to be looked for, meanwhile you can manage this with good balance diet, eat more leafy vegetable, eat fresh fruits, drink more water, use medicated moisturizing, and that should contains Lactic acid, paraffin, aloe Vera , hope this information helps you have nice day.
