HELLO SIR, MY WIFE AGED ABOUT 37 YEARS IS SUFFERING FROM MIGRANE SINCE 2 YRS. MRI IS NORMAL. THE PAID COMES FROM THE BACK SIDE OF NECK AND PENITRATES IN TO WHOLE HEAD. RECENTLY SHE IS SUFFERING FROM PAIN ON RIGHT EYEBROW . SHE IS ASTHAMATIC AND ALLERGIC. PRESENTLY USING TABLET TOPAMAC 25 MG AND RIZACT 5 . WE ARE IN CONFUSSION WHETHER IT IS RELATED TO SINASITUS HEADACE OR MIGRANE .KINDLY GIVE ADVICE

Hello
It seems from the history that you are on treatment with topomac and rizact for migraine. These two tablets are indicated for treatment of acute episode of migraine.
However for recurrent attacks you need to take prophylactic drugs like funarizine or beta blockers like propranolol.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs accordingly.
