Is It Safe To Use Propysalic Ointment For Fugal Infection?

I have a some fungal infections on my neck I used prophysalic nf ointment and it got decreased in four days again it started coming after 10 days Is it safe to use prophysalic nf ointment because my sister told it gives temporary cure but comes again with bigger infection Please suggest a solution

Hi! Propysalic nf ointment contains clobetasol which is a potent steroid. It should not be used as a treatment for fungal infection as it only causes temporary relief but will not cure it. You should take tablet terbinafine and apply luliconazole cream on the affected area once daily.This will help in resolving the infection.
