Is It Safe To Use Benadryl And Tylenol For Boil And Pain In Vagina?

I have a boil on my vaginal lip and its really big and rubs against the other lip and it hurts so bad i can barely walk or bend over or sit on the toilet.Will benadryl help reduce the swelling and can I use Tylenol for the pain? I dont have medical insurance to see a doctor and I have no money for Ibuprofen. Please help!

I really appreciate your concern, if the boil is due to infection then it may need antibiotic and "Diphenhydramine" (Benadryl) wont work here for the pain Ibuprofen is okay, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
