HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Duromine is a stimulant and this is the reason it would be affecting your sleep.

The medication has a half life of 25 hours. The half life of a drug is the time it takes for the amount in the body to decrease by half.
This means that you may continue to feel effects of the increased dose the following day but they would be decreased in their intensity.

You should be ok but would monitor your symptoms.

I hope this helps
