Hello,
Although there is no problem in taking these medicines occasionally but the most important point is to get the proper investigations one to find the cause for backache.
You must consult an orthopedician and get X-ray spine done in addition to serum VIT D,serum B 12 levels along with calcium, phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase levels. If required get a MRI spine also done.
Make sure to keep the blood sugar levels under meticulous controls so as to avoid various future macro as well as microvascular complications.
Observe proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking for at least 45 minutes a day.
Keep your blood pressure and cholesterol under proper control.
Thanks
