Is It Safe To Take Pre-probiotics For Stomach Cramps During Pregnancy?
i m pregnant n i m in my third trimester.i m having abdominal cramps since last 12hrs associated with passing of stool each time i feel the cramp.the stool consistency though is not that loose.i need your advice on how safe is it for me to take pre-probiotics at this stage of my pregnancy.my age 29 yrs,ht-5ft 3inch,wt-62kgs.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be gastrointestinal infection.IT is safe to take proboitics .Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres and electrol powder to combat dehydration due to frequent motions.IF not subsiding with these you might need a course of antiboitics so consult the doctor.Avoid d spicy diet and take bland food till you get normal.
