Is It Safe To Take Olmetrack And Eslo For High BP?

Hii im 26 years old and im suffering from high bp. It is around 150/90mm of hg when i consulted doctor the doctor gave me two medicidations one is olmetrack 40mg and the other is eslo 2.5mg. I would like to know is the medication safe. After taking the medication my bd has lowered down to 130/80 mm of hg. How long do i need to continue this medication. What extra tips i can follow to lower down the bp. Can i play out door games.

I am however not comfortable with you having high blood pressure at such a young age. you probably have high bp due to some other cause.

So i suggest the following tests
1. cbc
2. kft
3. lipid profile
4. usg abdomen (MRI will be preferable)
