Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You might be having P.C.O.S, but the other cause of the over bleeding may be the hypertension. Any how you have controlled the bleeding.
Keep the weight under control by by cutting the calories, sweets, and fatty foods.
Practice morning walk, yoga, exercises, and keep on working some thing, like doing any work in front.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and and early to rise.
Your main problem of anxiety is whether you can use both the drugs at the same time.Once when the bleeding is under control, you can stop, and and use only amlodepine, or atenolol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
