Low dose aspirin is completely safe during pregnancy. It is used to prevent recurrent miscarriage by preventing clot formation in placenta, increase blood flow to the fetus and reduce incidence of pre-eclampsia later in pregnancy. Please be advised to continue ecospirin as prescribed.
