Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is safe at this level of 200 systolic / safer than waiting…
He should be seen by his cardiologist – for stepping the dose or adding another drug
He needs investigations – like renal and adrenal function – to find a cause for this elevation

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
