Is It Safe To Take Aspirin With Acetaminophen?

I have been told to take 325 mg aspirin with 325 mg acetaminophen every six hours for pain in hip, thigh and back. do these two go together. also, I have 81mg aspirin and 500 mg acetaminophen, it s okay to take it how should I break these dosages down to equal 325 mg. I know it is 4 of the aspirin, but what about the acetaminophen which is extra strength

Hello
You are advised to take aspirin 325 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg ,together .
You are advised these two drugs for hip joint pain, thigh and back pain.
I want to tell you that acetaminophen is also known as paracetamol .
When acetaminophen is taken together aspirin it enhances the anticoagulant action of aspirin , so be aware also .\
Beside these two will also produces hyper acidity ,gastritis , nausea , so in my opinion consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
As there are so many other potent medicine for joint and back pain so take 2nd opinion from a physician .

Together I don't recommend , however , different doctor has different opinion.
