Is It Safe To Take Paracetamol For Tooth Pain?

Hi, I have had wisdom tooth pain for the past 4 days and I have been taking paracetamol for the past 3 days (up until today) as the dosage states: Do not to take for more than 3 days unless instructed by your doctor . I thought i d get professional advise before taking any more?Alex

Hello,
I understand your concern.
It is totally safe to take paracetamol for such a short duration. You can take it for a few more days like a week or so if you need to, provided that you don't have history of gastritis.
You may take some antacids like omeprazole or ranitidine if you have burning in stomach.
