Is It Safe To Take Nexpro For Neck Pain Caused After Alcohol Intake?

i expereince tremednous pai at the back of my neck ONLY after consuming ALCOHOL. To some extent the problem has been resolved with NEXPRO 40...but i need to take a 3rd pill after alcohol to tackle the pain I take one Nexpro 40 in the mroning and one before drinking. Pls help

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Nexpro 40 contains proton pump inhibitor and is a medication used to treat acute gastritis. The dosage that has to be taken is only once a day.
It appears that you are unnecessarily taking a medication that is not indicated for neck pain you are having and also it is overdose.
If you wish to take the tablet as a preventive measure for gastritis caused due to alcohol intake, you need to take it 30 minutes before the meals once a day only. For neck pain, take Tablet.Ibuprofen + Paracetamol combination one tablet after food.
Since you are experiencing undesired effects of alcohol intake, it is better you quit drinking to preserve your good health.
