Is It Safe To Take Magnesium Citrate And Miralax During Pregnancy?
Good evening. I just found out I am pregnant and am two weeks along. I take several vitamins/supplements a day for various reasons and am wondering if they are safe to take while pregnant. I take magnesium citrate at night, Miralax in the morning, and a vitamin called Ultra Woman. If I cannot take magnesium and/or Miralax, what is a safe alternative for IDS, with chronic constipation. Thank you so very much for your help.

I really appreciate your concern, in pregnancy it is most advisable to avoid all the pharmaceutical molecules, better to pay attention toward good balance diet instead, be stress free, take care for good hygiene, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
