Is It Safe To Take Gabapentin While On Tramadol And Clonazepam?

I am currently taking clonazepam for Restless Leg syndrome, I also have Lyme Disease, Lets say a hip replacement gone bad :( Adrenal insufficiency etc. I have osteoarthritis as well, I take Tramadol for the pain.I am hearing great things about Gabapentin. Can this be taken with these meds or should it replace these meds? do you think Gabapentin would benefit me?

Tab gabapentin too causes sedation as tab clonazepam and Tramadol so it is not advisable and Tan gabapentin is not used as a sedative. If such a patient comes to me I will advise him cap Fluoxetin to start with 20meg a day can be increased to 80mg gradualy. All sedatives including tramadol are habit forming ,one should use alternatives for any disease.
