But since you have been taking it for so long, I would advise you to check your blood iron profile first. It is usually not required for such a long term. Since your hair has started falling again, apart from low hemoglobin and iron, do think of causes such as stress, recent illness, other medicines, hormonal issues, change of lifestyle etc that could have caused hair fall to start. Eat well, nutritious diet, avoid chemical, heat treatments on hair. Get sufficient rest. Start taking Biotin 10mg capsule once daily and apply hair growth solution like Recute hair oil to scalp at night. It will take a couple of months to show results, but before continuing with Fefol, consult a dermatologist and do the blood tests advised. See if there is any other underlying cause. Hope this helps.
