Is It Safe To Take Degene Tablets For Duodenal Ulcer?

Hi,
Last month my father got and endoscopy done which shows Duodenal Ulcer. He took medication for a while and is avoiding oily and spicy foods. Today he got a strip of Digene tablets to help digestion as he feels need of it. I just want to know if it is safe for a Duodenal Ulcer patient to consume Degene Tablets.

As it contains dried aluminium hydroxide , magnesium aluminium silicate
and magnesium hydroxide it helps ulcer healing
Short term use can be done on OTC basis
