Is It Safe To Take Cheston Cold For Low Grade Fever And Dry Cough?

I have been suffering from cold & low-grade fever for 3 days now. This morning, sneezes are gone but dry cough (originating from upper chest) has started at avg of 30 mins frequency. Have been taking Cheston Cold (paracetamol + Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine) 1 BD. Do I need an antibiotic? If yes, which one?
