General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

It is safe to have sex provided your boyfriend has been treated completely for chlamydia.

Chlamydia is known to occur without symptoms. Incomplete treatment may lead to reoccurrence of the disease.

If your boyfriend has any sore or rash, has discharge or burning while urinating its better to avoid having sex with.

Even if he doesn't have the above symptoms, if you want to be on safer side ask him to use condom.

I hope I answered your question.

You can contact at any time for any further information.

Regards,
Dr. Prathap Kumar
