The main reason to avoid sex during periods is basically the increased chances of vaginal infection otherwise you can do it with protection when needed.To avoid sexually transmitted diseases and vaginal infections it is important to use protection .

There Is no problem In having sexual Intercourse during periods.

You do not have any side effects.

Only thing Is maintain cleanliness, that Is by cleaning your private parts before and after Intercourse.

And void urine post Intercourse,this Is a general tip to be followed by both partners and during all days.

There are no restrictions during periods.
