atopic dermatitis is not a disease but its condition of skin due to dryness.
when skin become dry then normal level ,there is development of atopic in child.
it has high chance of reoccur.
so never try to stop moisturizer prescribe by doctor,
emoderm is excellent one and to be continue throughout the year ,whether skin problem is there or not.
we are providing moister to skin what his skin needed.
as he grow old the problem will subside ,then we can think to reduce the application.

Thanks for writing to us.
As allergic dermatits is allergic in origin it tends to recur once there is exposure to the irritant again. To avoid the relapse of symptoms, you can continue using the cream. It does not have much harmful effects on a long term use.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
