Dear Sir

You have not provided the previous reports and it's not clear that you had hepatitis due to which virus?

although, irrespective of etiology and previous reports; if you are clinically doing well, there is no fever, you can join your duty.

current liver tests does not warrant any rest.
liver function tests will improve in due course of time.
