Is It Safe To Give Polio Vaccine Instead Of Pentaxim?
Hello doctor .. For my baby wid 6 weeks older had given pentaxim.. Later for 10 weeks pentaxim was out of stock. So doctor gave DTP aid injected polio vaccine.. Is it OK? And if pentaxim is available for 14 weeks, shall I switch to pentaxim? Thanks in advance.

Hi...yes please, your doctor did the right thing in not postponing the vaccine due to unavailability of Pentaxime. Yes again - you are right - switch over to Pentaxime if it is available now.
