Is It Safe To Give Ofloxacin To Treat Vomiting And Stomach Pain In Children?
My son (3 years 3 months old) is suffering from vomiting and stomach pain. I gave one dose of 2.5 ml perinrom as advised by one of the known doctors. vomiting has now stopped put pain in abdomen still persists. Which medicine should I give to him. Does he need some antibiotic like oflaxacin -OZ and what will be the accurate dose for 3 year 3 months kid.

the other thing is i would like to know the site of pain for him . is it upper abdominal pain or a lower abdominal pain. or is it a diffuse abdominal pain.
better to take him to your treating peadiatritian for a minimal physical examination for knowing the exact reason for his abdominal pain.
knowing his weight and calculating the exact drug dosage.
