Is It Safe To Give Ibugesic To A Toddler For Swelling In Forehead After Falling?

Hi Doctor,My child 22 months old fell down on the ground while running by himself.He has few scrathes on his knee and his forehead and a swelling on his forehead between his eyebrows. We showed a doctor and she suggested Ibugesic 3ml with 8 hrs gap and fucidin cream. Is it safe to give Ibugesic?

Yes it can be used with out hesitation.
Cold compresses may be more helpful along with ibugesic.
watch for the vomiting. headache, abnormal behavior, unconsciousness etc. If any such symptoms develop, please consult the pediatrician immediately.
