Is It Safe To Give Cypon To Improve Appetite In Infants?

Hi my son is 2yr old he is not eating any solid food and not even any vegetables is it safe to give cypon syrup to 2yrs old baby wil it improve his eating habit what should b dosage for 2yrs old baby n when should b given... what are side effects of this syrup. Plzzzzz help me my son doesn t eat food for 3days continue rly as soon as possible thank you.

no medicine will help. the child have to persuaded to eat. try different preparation for which he may develop interest.it is the duty of parents to persuade the child. first try semisolid food with different test.
