Hi.. Pedicure can lead to unwanted infection if you  are a diabetic and when  the procedure is done in an unhealthy and unhygeinic manner. Any minor infections over the feet can spread deep down into the tissues through this procedure. Hence ideally it would be better to know the state of the feet and get treatment of any minor infection of the foot if any before going ahead with the pedicure. And finally the procedure needs to be done very softly with atmost care. And make sure your sugars are well controlled too.. If you can get all these done then you can go ahead with pedicure or it is better to wait...
