Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and based on that, you seem to be suffering from cervical disc disease. In this condition, the nerves in the neck region get compressed by the slipped discs.

The diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI scan of cervical spine.

The initial treatment consists of medications (pregabalin), physiotherapy and epidural injections.

If the above treatment does not succeed, then, cervical fusion surgery is the standard treatment.

So, you can safely get that surgery done.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
