is it safe eating cloves during pregnancy?m 26 yrs old,5ft2inch tall.my weight is 49.1kgs. for the first time i am pregnant and it is almost 4 months. when i have morning sickness i eat clove buds so that i won't vomit. but one of my friend told me clove is not good in pregnancy. is it true?

Hello, no mam clove is safe but only problem is of gastritis when eaten empty stomach so try to have something like biscuits or chocolates and then have it.
