I had a car accident yesterday and I was knocked unconscious and have been diagnose with a concussion also I had slight bleeding on the brain that cleared itself up within 24 hours. I have a trip planned to California in a few days, I am driving there, my question is, could that trip be dangerous to my health.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
hiii ...you are stating that your condition inproved after concussion and as a matter of fact after head injury as the time passes danger goes on decreasing...maximum risk is in first 24 hours amd risk decreases to minimum after 72 hours of head injury ...i suppose you had experienced no fresh complaint after head injury and if you did not have any blood collection as SDH or EDH after 72 hours risk is almost zero
