General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
PCOD needs to be treated in following way:
1. Regularization of cycles by using combined birth control pills.
2. Induction of ovulation by using Clomifen citrate and Metformin.
3. Anti-androgen drug Spironolactone.
4. Weight reduction by diet and exercise.
This will help you to increase the chances to conceive.
I do not know how much homeopathy medicine would help. Also taking metformin alone might not help much.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for proper advise and management by following the above treatment plan.
Wish you all the best.
